Very quiet hereabouts, but I'm not closing up ... the duster will be run around now and again, just to keep things ready as a quiet retreat as and when wanted :-)

Since you're posting as "guest", you must be not logged in ... I'll look into this, later on. Going out for a while now.

It snew here earlier, but it's going fast. There's still some on the car, so I'll have to sweep it off if I want to venture out. Wind chill brings it down to -2, so I think I'll make some oatcakes and stay in again.

No GLO, I wasn't updating and didn't see anything after I went to get bread. Are you going to open up the March thread?

I've been looking up the weather for the next couple of days and it's going to be very wet and windy here on Sunday. Gusting to force 10 when I'm in church on Sunday afternoon/evening. We had a power cut at evensong back in the autumn and my heating trip switch went. I didn't know where the switch was, but I know now and I may even be able to do it myself. Or find someone tall enough to reach. I had no heating for a fortnight.
