Re: Not just the March hares are mad

Not done my census form yet - been unwell all day, and from the lastn few days: Not even opened recent mail that might be sitting on my doormat. The only thing I noted today was that it would have been My Mum's today (in 1913). It also brings to mind that one year in seven, it coincided Mothering Sun...

Re: Not just the March hares are mad

Oh Hell? I'm sorry to read the loss of your Beloved Dog. I know how bad it is to lose a pet. On a lesser matter: No. I use Windows 7. Yes, I know it is obsolete, but I have so much "stuff" that I don't want to lose, so I want to recover whatever I can before I replace it. - I may need to b...

Re: Not just the March hares are mad

Hi... Well, It is definately warm tonight. Been doing a bit of "Computer update" - Might have to get some done by "on line" repairman. For obvious reasons He cannot do "Hands on" work - (and quite an expensive Taxi fare?). It updates itself from time to time, but omits ...

Re: Not just the March hares are mad

Middle of the night...
Can't sleep...
But I can't think - not until I get some more sleeps.

Seems to be warmer in the night than in the day... Weird innit?

Re: Not just the March hares are mad

Hi again ... I would have replied, now that the underground wires are working again.... Unfortunately The Love of the Water Company digging up the courtyard - after dark - with pneumatic drill - has set me back a bit... ... I'll ask Matron for more pills.

Re: Yet another February - Spring in The air (why should I?)

Singing.. in March ... Does that necessitate some Keeping fit? I did a press-up once (1959), but it hasn't started working yet, so I won't do another.

Re: Yet another February - Spring in The air (why should I?)

That Alsation (My Mum's) was only a pup, but He soon learned that our Cat was in charge. As The dog grew, Mogie soon learned that laying close to the dog was warm, and comfortable, and well protected, between Dogs forepaws and rear paws. It is now warm enough here to turn off one room's heating. Gin...

Re: Yet another February - Spring in The air (why should I?)

Hello there. Her Maj seems to behave Like a cat... An Alsatian of my acquaintance would indicate and tardiness in feeding him, He would pick up his empty food bowl and throw it at you... ... and one night "woofed" quietly at me to awaken me to follow him ... "Intruder's" .. No, H...

Re: Yet another February - Spring in The air (why should I?)

Incredibly.. It is sunny, warm, and certainly no wind or rain. The few clouds in the sky are sparse and motionless.

It is suddenly warm at night too.
